Terms and Conditions for Church Family Camp
Hosted by All Nations Worship Center, Trail Life USA, and American Heritage Girls
Effective Date: April 27, 2026

By registering for and participating in the Church Family Camp (“Camp”), all participants and their parents or legal guardians agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all attendees while providing indemnity to All Nations Worship Center, Trail Life USA, and American Heritage Girls (collectively referred to as the “Organizers”).

1. Assumption of Responsibility
* Parents or legal guardians are required to camp with their children in tents and are solely responsible for the safety, supervision, and behavior of their children at all times during the Camp.
* The Organizers are not responsible for supervising children or ensuring their safety; this responsibility rests entirely with the accompanying parent or legal guardian.

2. Supervision and Safety Rules
* General Supervision: Children are not permitted to wander off alone at any time. Parents must ensure their children remain under direct supervision or adhere to the group rules outlined below.
* Non-Parent Supervision: Any child accompanied by an adult who is not their parent or legal guardian must always be in a “2-deep” situation, meaning at least two adults are present at all times.
* Group Activities Without Adults: Children engaging in activities together without an adult present must be in groups of at least three (3) individuals.
* Tent Restrictions: No child may enter the tent of another family unless they are immediate family members (e.g., siblings, parents).

3. Conduct Between Boys and Girls
* Boys and girls must not be alone together at any time. All interactions between boys and girls must occur in observable, public areas and be supervised by an adult.
* Physical contact between boys and girls must be appropriate and respectful. No inappropriate or questionable touching is permitted.
* All participants—adults and children—are expected to treat each other with respect. Hazing, harassment, intimidation, teasing, objectification, or any disrespectful behavior is strictly prohibited.

4. Dress Code and Swimwear
* General Attire: All campers (adults and children) must wear modest and appropriate clothing throughout the Camp.
* Swimwear Requirements:
    * Boys: Must wear T-shirts and swimsuits that extend at least to mid-thigh. Speedos, bare chests, or similarly revealing swimwear are not permitted.
    * Girls: Must wear modest swimsuits that fully cover the midriff, minimize exposure of cleavage and buttocks, and provide appropriate coverage. Bikinis, thongs, or similarly revealing swimwear are not permitted.
* No camper (adult or child) may wear bikinis, thongs, Speedos, or other revealing swimwear at any time.

5. Substance Use Policy
* Illegal Drugs: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs by any camper (adult or child) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the Camp and notification of law enforcement if applicable.
* Prescribed Medication: Participants requiring prescribed medication must bring it in its original container with a valid prescription label. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for administering and securely storing all medications for their children. The Organizers are not responsible for managing or administering medications.
* Prohibited Substances: All forms of CBD, cannabis, and marijuana (including medical marijuana) are strictly forbidden, regardless of legal status in other contexts.
* Alcohol and Tobacco: The use, possession, or distribution of alcohol, cigarettes, vaping products, or any related paraphernalia is prohibited for all campers (adults and children) at all times during the Camp.

6. Indemnity and Release of Liability
* Participants and their parents or legal guardians agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless All Nations Worship Center, Trail Life USA, American Heritage Girls, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses arising out of or related to participation in the Camp, including but not limited to:
    * Personal injury, illness, or death;
    * Property damage or loss;
    * Any acts or omissions by participants, their children, or third parties.
* This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and includes any risks inherent to camping, outdoor activities, or group interactions, whether known or unknown at the time of signing.

7. Emergency Contact and Medical Consent
* Parents or legal guardians must provide accurate emergency contact information below. In the event of an emergency, the Organizers will attempt to contact the listed individual(s).
* In case of a medical emergency, parents or legal guardians authorize the Organizers or their representatives to secure medical treatment for their child(ren) if the parent/guardian cannot be reached. This includes transportation to a medical facility and administration of necessary medical care as determined by qualified medical personnel.
* Parents or legal guardians are responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

8. Photography and Video Consent
* By participating in the Camp, parents or legal guardians grant the Organizers permission to photograph or video their child(ren) during Camp activities for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
* These materials may be used in publications, websites, social media, or other media by the Organizers. If you do not consent to this use, please notify the Organizers in writing prior to the start of the Camp.

9. Compliance and Enforcement
* All participants (adults and children) must comply with these Terms and Conditions and any additional instructions provided by the Organizers during the Camp.
* Failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate removal from the Camp without refund or recourse, at the sole discretion of the Organizers.
